Our motto at TSMA is "Not just a school but a family!" and this is something you will feel as soon as you walk in the door. Our school provides a place of learning for students of all ages and skill levels, but the TSMA experience goes further then that. There is a strong sense of camaraderie between students, family members and instuctors both in and outside the studio that shows our moto "Not just a school but a family!" is at the core of our program. Each program at TSMA has been developed personally by Master Instructor and 4th DAN Black Belt, Larry Treger with over 30 years of experience and Sensei Elizabeth Treger 2nd DAN Black Belt with over 15 years of experience. Each program is based on the specific needs of each age group starting with our Little Kickers class to our growing Jiu Jitsu program. Please take some time to review our programs.
